The Bank will support the borrowers, suffering from the introduction of ES regime

VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) is ready to reschedule the loans of the entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises, financial condition of which worsened due to the restrictions, related to the emergency situation in Kazakhstan. Possible granting of indulgence for the period of 90 days and debt rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Applications for rescheduling from SME clients are accepted by e-mail SMB_VTB@vtb-bank.kz, by April 15, 2020.

With regards to individual customers, during the continuance of ES regime VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) will automatically not charge fines and penalties for the delay in payments, occurred in result of restrictions, related to the emergency situation in Kazakhstan. You do not have to address the bank for it.

After acceptance and entry of relevant amendments to RoK laws into force, for the period of emergency situation VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) will cease charging of interest on unsecured consumption loans of individuals, for which delay in payment is more than 90 days. Individuals’ applications on this issue will be mandatorily considered by the bank after elimination of ES mode.
