VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) opened a new credit line for Kcell

The leading operator in the telecommunications market of Kazakhstan - Kcell JSC and VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) signed an Agreement on the assignment of a non-revolving credit limit in the amount of 6 billion KZT for a period of 36 months with payment of remuneration in the amount of 10.7% per annum. The Company intends to use the funds received to working capital financing, including refinancing of debts in other second-tier banks.
