We would like to inform you that recently there have been more frequent calls to customers, allegedly on behalf of employees of the Banks of Kazakhstan. In this regard, we ask you to pay SPECIAL ATTENTION when requesting your personal data:
1. Bank employees do not ask for personal data (login / password, PIN code, full card number, CVV code) SMS codes for transactions in the application or with a card.
2. The Bank does not make phone calls to customers with the need to provide personal data.
They are scammers. If you receive a false call, you must immediately stop the dialogue and not react to further attempts by intruders. If you have any doubts, immediately contact the Bank.
