Dear customers!
VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) according to clause 1.8 of the Current Account Opening Contract (for individual entrepreneurs, lawyers, notaries, private bailiffs, peasant (farm) enterprises, professional mediators), approved by the Management Board of the Bank (Minutes No. 32 dated June 16, 2020), with amendments and additions (hereinafter referred to as the Contract), notifies the bank customers who acceded to this Contract and opened current accounts on its terms and conditions, about changes in the bank tariffs for payment services provided within the framework of the Contract starting from February 8, 2021, namely:
1) Commission fee for internal transfer in the national currency (KZT) on paper (except for transfers within the bank between accounts of the same customer):
- Within the bank from the accounts of individual entrepreneurs to their accounts opened for an individual - 0.1% min 1,000 KZT max 5,000 KZT.
These tariffs shall apply upon the expiration of three business days from the date of posting this notice. Within this period, you may send to the bank a written refusal signed by your authorized representative.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that according to clause 1.8 of the Contract, non-receipt by the Bank of a written refusal signed by your authorized representative on the third day after posting the notice, indicates your consent with the bank tariffs for payment services provided within the framework of the Contract, and is sufficient proof of your expression of the will to use the current account on the changed terms and conditions. Such consent is considered full and unconditional.
Amendments to the tariffs, approved by the Board of Directors of the bank (decision No. 2/2021 - dated 18.01.2021) are posted on the Internet on the bank's website at https://www.vtb-bank.kz/about/informatsiya-o-stavkakh-tarifakh/.
