We inform you that earlier under the authority of the Head of the State, in order to provide additional social support to the population at the expense of the State Social Insurance Fund JSC assets, the job loss compensatory payments in the amount of KZT 42,500 were made due to the introduction of the emergency rule and quarantine.
In order to implement this order, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan developed Rules No. 110[1] and Rules No. 283[2], regulating the procedure for making social payments in case of loss of income in connection with the introduction of the emergency rule and quarantine.
In accordance with the above Rules, if the recipient decides that the above payments were received unlawfully, including there are no facts of income loss, a voluntary return of the payment is provided.
We remind you that the return of excessively (erroneously) credited (paid) amounts of social benefits in accordance with paragraph 88 of the Rules No. 217[3] is carried out to the account of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" NJSC (hereinafter – the State Corporation) according to the following details:
