The Board of Directors of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has decided to elect Anastasiya Nelina to the Management Board of the bank. Anastasiya Nelina will be responsible for the financial planning, forecasts of financial indicators, treasury, and reporting.
Dmitry Zabello, Chairperson of the Management Board of VTB (Kazakhstan) said that "Financial plan is one of the main tools to manage the bank's operations, requiring a quick response and clear strategic thinking. I am confident that the appointment of Anastasiya Nelina, who has extensive experience in the financial sector, will contribute to the further development and improvement of the performance efficiency of VTB Bank in Kazakhstan".
Currently, the Management Board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) consists of Artem Badykov, Deputy Chairperson leading the retail block of the bank, Arman Mangitov, Deputy Chairperson supervising the corporate and investment business, Anastasiya Nelina – Director of Financial Department and Dmitry Zabello, Chairperson of the Management Board.
Background information
Anastasiya Nelina has been working in the banking sector for more than 17 years, including 10 years in the VTB Group.
In October 2019, she began her work as the Director of the Financial Department of Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).
Anastasiya Nelina graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Kazakh National Agrarian University, and St. Petersburg International Banking Institute majoring in Banking.
In 2015, she completed the "New Energy of Leadership" program of the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg State University.
She holds certificates of “Professional Accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, ACCA DipIFR (rus), and IPMA, Project Manager.
