Applications for conversion and transfers involving US dollars, euros and British pounds will be accepted until 13:00 Nur-Sultan time (except where VTB (PJSC) is the beneficiary). Transfers and conversions in other foreign currencies will not be available on this day. Transfers in national currency will be available until 14:00, Nursultan time. Transfers and conversions with a future value date will not be accepted.
During the period from 22:00 hours on December 31, 2021 to 08:00 hours on January 1, 2022, according to the time of Nur-Sultan, for technical reasons, mobile banking and Internet banking for individuals and legal entities, payment for services in information and payment terminals and ATMs, as well as repayment of loans and replenishment of accounts through Kassa24 and QIWI terminals will be unavailable.
Days off from January 1 to January 4, 2022.
The period from January 5, 2022 to January 06, 2022 is a weekend in the Russian Federation, and therefore transfers in Russian rubles will not be available. Conversions involving Russian rubles will be carried out with a future value date (January 10, 2022).
Transfers in Chinese yuan, British Pounds and Australian dollars will not be available from January 5, 2022 to January 06, 2022. Conversions involving British pounds, Chinese yuan and Australian dollars will be carried out with a future value date (January 10, 2022).
On January 5, 2022, the branches of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) will operate in the standard mode from 09:00 to 19:00.
