You can still use them in full for carrying out all transactions in national currency within the territory of Kazakhstan. The bank performs its obligations to the customers. You can withdraw cash at any ATMs of VTB and partner banks throughout the country. We advise the customers who are now abroad to withdraw cash or pay by cards of another bank.
