The sole shareholder of the Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) – VTB Bank (PJSC) has decided not to distribute the net income and not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the subsidiary bank in Kazakhstan for 2021. According to the opinion made by the independent auditor – Ernst & Young, the net profit of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) for 2021 amounted to KZT 8.3bln, which is 66% more than the result of the previous year.
According to the results of 2020 and 2019, VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has not also paid dividends and allocated the profit to the development of the business.
Currently, VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) is transforming its business model, adapting it to the new operating conditions. The bank continues to provide financial services, as well as to serve its customers and partners.
