Dmitry Tsykunov is appointed as a member of the Management Board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)

The Board of Directors of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has decided to elect Dmitry Tsykunov as a member of the Management Board. He will be responsible for the development and implementation of new approaches to the assessment and risk management of VTB Bank in Kazakhstan.
Dmitry Tsykunov has been working in the financial sector for 17 years, eight of them in VTB Group. Since 2020 he has been working as Head of the Risk Management Department of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).
Dmitry Tsykunov graduated from the Novosibirsk State University with a degree in “Mathematics” and the University of International Business (Kazakhstan) with a degree in “Finance”.
Currently, the Management Board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) consists of Chairman of the Management Board Dmitrii Zabello, Director of Financial Department Anastasiya Sergeevna Nelina, Director of Corporate Customers Department Archil Giviyevich Usanetashvili, Director of Risk Department Dmitry Sergeyevich Tsykunov.
