VTB has increased the capital of the subsidiary bank in Kazakhstan

The sole shareholder of Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) – VTB Bank (PJSC) carried out an additional issue of shares of a subsidiary bank in Kazakhstan within the framework of its increase of capital.
As a result of additional emission, the number of the placed shares of the Bank has increased to 7 million 375.7 thousand pieces. The Par value of shares is 10 thousand KZT each.
The VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) will allocate proceeds for increasing its equity capital, which will help it to meet the necessary standards and facilitate further development of its activities in Kazakhstan.
