VTB (Kazakhstan) is actively developing the payment infrastructure in the country. By the end of this year, the bank plans to increase the number of ATMs more than twice. Across the country, customers will have access to 70 ATMs.

VTB ATMs allow customers to withdraw cash, transfer funds from card to card within the bank, pay for mobile services, change PIN numbers, obtain mini statements and check balances.

"Taking into account the increased customer traffic this year, the availability of ATMs has become one of our top priority tasks. Today we see how the number of transactions made by customers through self-service devices continues to grow. So, only in October there were made more than 93 thousand transactions through our ATMs, including cash withdrawals, transfers, and payments. It is 3 times more than during the same period last year. Therefore, to improve service quality and save the time of our customers, we intend to increase the number of ATMs in all regions of Kazakhstan up to 70 devices", - the Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) Dmitrii Zabello said.

Today VTB (Kazakhstan) has a network of branches in 12 cities of the republic, where they serve individuals and legal entities, as well as more than 100 consulting centers for the processing of banking products.

VTB (Kazakhstan) cardholders can also use the VTB KZ Online mobile application to make transfers to VTB customers in KZT and rubles, both domestically and to Russia, to apply for bank deposits, and to pay utility bills and other services.
