VTB (Kazakhstan) reduced the commission fee amount for bank guarantees for small and medium-sized businesses. To take advantage of preferential terms under the product, companies need to activate a CSS (cash and settlement service) package in the bank for a year.
Entrepreneurs in the SMB segment – current as well as new customers of the bank – can get preferential terms for guarantees. The tariff with a reduced commission fee for the issue of the guarantee will be available during the entire validity period of the CSS package if you take a guarantee before July 1, 2023.
When activating CSS from VTB (Kazakhstan), a customer gets access to VTB Business online banking. With this service, you can buy and sell rubles online, and make same-day cross-border payments and transfers to Russia. Also in the system, the customer will be able to pass currency control for the transaction, register and assign a number to a foreign exchange contract.

In the second half of 2022, the number of FEA customers more than doubled. By reducing bank guarantee commission fees, we give Kazakhstan and Russian businessmen an opportunity to conclude reliable deals with payment guarantee", - Olesya Akylova, Head of the Corporate Customers Department of VTB (Kazakhstan) commented.
