Technical works in VTB KZ Online mobile application for individuals

Due to technical works, the function of making payments in favor of third parties is unavailable in the VTB KZ Online mobile application for individuals since April 23, 2024.

The Bank will inform you additionally about the terms of operation resumption.

At the same time, the following functions are available in the mobile application:

• Money transfers between own accounts;
• Money transfers to “Mir” cards within the country;
• Cross-border transfers to “Mir” cards;
• Operations on receipt of information (balance check, receipt of a statement, etc.);

Cash withdrawal and replenishment via ATMs of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) are available.
