Funding goals depend on the purpose of the sublimit funding. Sublimit for Investment Purposes: Acquisition and modernization of fixed assets for business use Capital expenditures in long-term assets Repairs, renovations, and construction of fixed assets Development of new lines of business and expansion of business (including purchase of participatory interest in the authorized capital) Funds for settlements under uncovered letters of credit Provision of guarantee/documentary transaction Refinancing of debts issued for the above purposes. Sublimit for working capital replenishment: Working Capital Replenishment. Financing of operating expenses related to financial and business activity of the Customer Providing a guarantee/documentary transaction; Refinancing of debt issued for the above purposes.	The currency of the Combined Facility depends on the currencies that are set in the sublimits for Investment Purposes/Working Capital Replenishment: KZT RUB	Maximum amount of the Combined Facility - not more than 100 000 000 RUB (equivalent in KZT as of the date of making decisions). The maximum amount of the Sublimit for Investment purposes: Not more than 150 000 000 RUB (equivalent in KZT at the date of making a decision) - for a period not exceeding 60 months; Not more than 75 000 000 RUB (equivalent in KZT at the date of the decision) - for a period not exceeding 84 months. Maximum amount of sublimit for replenishment of current working capital: Not more than 150 000 000 RUB (equivalent in KZT at the date of making a decision).	The maximum period of the Combined Facility is not more than 84 months. Maximum period of sublimits for investment purposes: Up to 84 months - when the maximum amount is up to 75 000 000 RUB (equivalent in KZT at the date of making decisions). Up to 60 months - when the maximum amount is up to 150 000 000 RUB (equivalent in KZT at the date of making decisions). Maximum period of working capital replenishment sublimit - not more than 36 months.	Individually at the discretion of the Bank's GB.	Immovable property (including land plots), Movable property (motor vehicles, special vehicles, equipment, pledged/turnover goods, etc.) Money, Deposit, Other, in accordance with the internal regulatory documents governing the Bank's pledge policy; Guarantee of the “Damu” Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC (when participating in the project of state/partnership programs).
