Basic parameters Conditions
  • viewing balances and receiving all account statements (card/current/deposit);
  • transfers between own accounts (KZT);
  • payments to budget (without a list);
  • transfers to a customer of VTB Bank (KZT);
  • transfers to another bank in KZT for a natural person or legal entity;
  • full transaction history (payments/transfers).
Technical Requirements To use the VTB Business mobile app, you will need a mobile device that meets the following requirements:
  • ability to connect to the Internet and work via the HTTPS protocol;
  • Android operating system in the mobile device.
Security You can log on to the system by entering the login, password, and one-time code from the SMS message.
Payments are confirmed with a one-time password that can be received in SMS messages.
Connection Please be informed that since March 09, 2022, the users of Mobile bank VTB Business system based on Android operating system have to perform the following procedures:
  1. Uninstall the previously installed Mobile Bank VTB Business application on your mobile device;
  2. Using your cell phone, go to VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) website, section “Small and Medium Business” – “CSS” – “Remote Banking Service” – “VTB Business” - red button Enter;
  3. go to the link "Software" (in the upper menu) and download Mobile bank or follow the link
  4. To log into VTB Business Mobile Bank, you need a valid login and password.
  5. Open the file and click "Install".
You can log in to VTB Business using your current username and password.
