Heading: Notice of Approval of the “Rules on the General Terms and Conditions for Conducting Banking and Other Operations”

VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) hereby notifies its customers of the approval, by Resolution No. 20/2026 of the Bank’s Board of Directors dated July 20, 2026, of the “Rules on the General Terms and Conditions for Conducting Banking and Other Operations at Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)”. These Rules shall enter into force on July 20, 2026, and shall become effective from August 4, 2026.
