  • 20 million tengeon savings deposits (deposits) in national currency;
  • 10 million tengefor other deposits (except savings) in national currency;
  • 5 million tengeon deposits in foreign currency.

If the Bank has several deposits (deposits), different in type and currency, then the total balance of the amount for all deposits (deposits) is guaranteed, but not more than the maximum amount of guarantee compensation - 20 million tenge, taking into account the limits for each type of deposit (deposit).

Please note, that the amount of guarantee compensation payable is calculated on the date of deprivation of the Bank’s license, based on the amount of balances on the deposit (deposit), taking into account the accrued interest, and is determined based on the results of:

1) offsetting the amount of your debt to the Bank, for example, on a loan;
2) recalculation of the balance on the deposit (deposit) in foreign currency in tenge at the market exchange rate;
3) calculation of the total amount of guarantee compensation, taking into account the amounts of balances on other deposits (deposits) with the Bank, different in type and currency.

We note that the name, type, currency and other conditions for your deposit (deposit), including the maximum (limit) amount of guarantee compensation established by Law, are indicated in the application or other document signed by you when concluding a bank account agreement and (or) a bank deposit agreement between the Bank and you, including in electronic form.

The KDGD announcement on the beginning and procedure for payment of guarantee compensation, as well as on the agent banks paying out the guarantee compensation, the period and places of payment or deferment of the start of payment of guarantee compensation in the case provided for by the Law, is published in periodicals distributed throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan (Egemen Kazakhstan, Kazakhstanskaya Pravda), as well as in other media and on the KDGD Internet resource (www.kdif.kz).

The start date of payment of the guarantee compensation does not exceed 5 working days from the date of publication of the specified CFGD announcement.

5. 1 year from the payment start date.To receive warranty compensation, you have the right to submit an application:
 
 

Payment of the guarantee compensation is carried out no later than 5 working days from the date you submit your application for payment with supporting documents attached. www.kdif.kz).

The KDGD notification about the expiration date for payment of the guarantee compensation is published 30 working days before the expiration of the payment period in periodicals distributed throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan (Egemen Kazakhstan, Kazakhstanskaya Pravda), as well as in other media and on the KDGD Internet resource (www.kdif.kz).
