VTB (Kazakhstan) Expands Its Management Board
The Board of Directors of VTB (Kazakhstan) has elected Andrey Dyachenko as a member of the Management Board and appointed him Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. In his new position, he will be responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the bank’s retail business unit.
Andrey Nikolayevich holds two higher education degrees, including one in Economics and Management, and possesses deep expertise in the banking sector. His total professional experience in the financial industry exceeds 20 years, including 9 years within the structures of VTB Group. He joined the VTB (Kazakhstan) team in January 2026, heading the Retail Business Department.
