VTB (Kazakhstan) customers can now receive money from Russia using a phone number

VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) announces the launch of a new service: “Incoming transfers via the Fast Payment System (FPS) using a phone number.” Now, the bank’s customers can receive money transfers from Russian banks participating in the FPS directly to their card or current account. The service operates around the clock, and funds are credited without commission.

"We strive to make cross-border transfers as convenient and accessible as possible for citizens of both countries. The launch of the incoming transfers service via FPS is another step towards the development of modern payment solutions that allow receiving money quickly, safely, and without unnecessary costs," Dana Konakbaeva, Head of VTB (Kazakhstan) Retail Business, said.

The new service is available to all bank customers and ensures reliable operations 24/7.
