VTB (Kazakhstan) resumed issuance of cards for non-residents

VTB (Kazakhstan) resumed the issuance of Mir cards to non-residents of the country. The bank has fully configured its systems and is ready to work under the new requirements of the republic’s legislation —the validity period of the cards will now be 12 months. At the same time, for diplomatic personnel and non-resident investors, the validity period of cards can be extended up to 3 years.

For the issue of the card, an individual - non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan should visit any branch of the bank and provide the following documents:

• foreign passport;
• IIN form of the RK;
• a document confirming the client’s tax residency (TIN for citizens of the Russian Federation)
