Agreement for personal data collecting and processing

By submitting a call order, I give my consent to Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan), BIN 080940010300, (hereinafter the Bank), to collect, store and process my personal data in any manner permitted by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the purpose of providing answers / advice / offers of services / operations and its partners, entering into and performing contracts / agreements, performing obligations by the Bank in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and/or legislation of foreign countries with the right of the Bank to transfer my personal data to third parties, including cross-border transfer of personal data, if necessary for the above purposes. This consent is valid for an indefinite period until withdrawn by sending a written request to the Bank.
