Terms and conditions of remote banking services in the "Mobile Bank"/ "Internet Bank" system

Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) hereby notifies its customers that, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for Remote Banking Services via the “Mobile Banking” / “Internet Banking Systems”, approved by the Bank’s Management Board (Minutes No. 75 dated December 21, 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), the Bank’s Management Board approved amendments and supplements to the Agreement on July 21, 2026 (Management Board Minutes No. 46 dated July 21, 2026). The said amendments and supplements shall become effective from August 19, 2026.

If the Customer does not agree with the above amendments and/or additions to the Agreement, the Customer may terminate the Agreement in the prescribed manner by submitting an application for termination of the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Bank (Annex 10 to the Agreement/Terms and Conditions).

If the Bank does not receive a written notice of termination of the Agreement at least 1 (one) day before the date of entry into force of the above amendments and additions to the Agreement, the Bank shall consider this circumstance as an expression of the Customer’s consent (acceptance) to the above amendments and additions to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
