Terms and conditions of remote banking services in the "Mobile Bank"/ "Internet Bank" system

Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) hereby announces amendments and additions to the standard rules (terms and conditions) for the provision of electronic banking service/information services by the Bank in the “Mobile Bank”/”Internet Bank” remote banking system (the Terms and Conditions) of the remote banking service in the “Mobile Bank”/ “Internet Bank” system (the Terms and Conditions)/the agreement on joining the remote banking service in the “Mobile Bank”/ “Internet Bank” system (“Agreement”) effective March “12”, 2024.

Amendments and additions No. 7 to the Terms and Conditions/Agreement were approved by the decision of the Bank’s Management Board dated March “12”, 2024 (Extract No. 10 from Management Board Meeting No. 12).

If the Customer does not agree with the above amendments and/or additions to the Agreement, the Customer may terminate the Agreement in the prescribed manner by submitting an application for termination of the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Bank (Annex 10 to the Agreement/Terms and Conditions). If the Bank does not receive a written notice of termination of the Agreement at least 1 (one) day before the date of entry into force of the above amendments and additions to the Agreement, the Bank shall consider this circumstance as an expression of the Customer’s consent (acceptance) to the above amendments and additions to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
