Working hours for the holiday period

Dear customers!

We congratulate you on the upcoming New Year and would like to inform you of the following:
• On December 31, 2025, VTB (Kazakhstan) branches will be open from 9:00 to 18:00, with cash transactions available until 13:00 Astana time;
• From January 1 until January 4, 2026 – non-working days.
• On January 5 and January 6, 2026, VTB (Kazakhstan) branches will operate in the standard mode from 9:00 until 18:00
• January 7, 2026 is a non-working day.

We also inform you that the procedure for accepting and processing payments in national and foreign currency during the public holidays at the bank will be as follows:
1. Outgoing external payments/transfers in the national currency KZT (within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
• On December 31, 2025, payments will be accepted and processed only with the current value date of 31.12.2025 until 14:00 Astana time.
• From January 5, 2026, payments will be accepted and processed as usual.
• January 7, 2026 is a non-working day.

2. Outgoing external payments/transfers in all foreign currencies, including cross-border payments in the national currency KZT:
• On December 30, 2025, acceptance and processing of instructions will only be carried out on the current value date of 30.12.2025.
• On December 31, 2025, due to weekends/public holidays, correspondent banks will not accept/execute instructions.
• From January 5 until January 9, 2026, instructions will only be accepted for execution with a future value date of 12.01.2026.
• From January 12, 2026, payments will be accepted and processed as usual.

3. Conversion transactions for non-cash currency (in all currencies):
On December 30, 2025, only operations with the current value date of 30.12.2025 will be processed; the Online Conversion service will be unavailable on this day.
From December 31, 2025 until January 9, 2026, conversion transactions in non-cash currency will not be accepted for execution/conducted due to weekends/public holidays at correspondent banks.
From January 12, 2026, conversion transactions will be accepted and processed as usual.
