VTB (Kazakhstan) has expanded the composition of the Management Board

The Board of Directors of VTB (Kazakhstan) elected Olesya Akylova a member of the Management Board and appointed her a Deputy Chairperson. In her new position, she will be responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the bank's medium and small business block.

Olesya Akylova graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov with a degree in Finance. She has been working in the banking industry for over 20 years, including 13 years in VTB Group. Since 2022, she has been the Head of the Corporate Banking Department of VTB (Kazakhstan).

“Olesya Akylova’s inclusion in the Management Board is in line with the bank’s strategic priorities. Her expertise in managing the medium and small business segment, which is key to our development, as well as a deep understanding of the corporate area will strengthen the bank's position in the market and ensure the achievement of our goals”, - Dmitry Zabello, Chairperson of the Management Board of VTB (Kazakhstan), said.

The Management Board of VTB (Kazakhstan) also includes the Chairperson of the Management Board Dmitry Zabello, the Director of the Finance Department Anastasia Nelina, and the Director of the Risk Department Dmitry Tsykunov.
